Blissful Melody Design, LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy except where another party, such as Shopify, OpenAI, a payment provider, or another service provider, independently determines how it processes information under its own privacy policy.

We receive information that you or the assistant submits to our tools. We use that information to provide product options, validate customization details, create temporary sessions, and generate Shopify cart or checkout links.

We may return product information, customization summaries, and transaction-handoff information to the assistant. Final payment and checkout are completed through Shopify unless expressly stated otherwise.

Uploaded Images, Artwork, and Design Files

Uploaded images, artwork, generated previews, and design files may be stored in cloud storage and shared through technical links used by our customization, production, customer-support, and fulfillment systems.

Do not upload highly sensitive or confidential information. Only upload content that you are authorized to use.

We use uploaded content to create previews, produce the requested product, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

We do not use customer-submitted photographs or personalized designs in public advertising without separate permission, except where permitted or required by law.

Relationship With Shopify

Shopify collects and processes information about access to and use of our store to provide its platform and services.

Information submitted through our store may be transmitted to Shopify and its service providers in countries other than your own.

Customization and design-session information may initially be stored in temporary session storage. These short-lived session records ordinarily expire after a limited period, typically around 30 minutes.

If a customization is added to a cart or an order is placed, relevant customization information may become part of Shopify cart, order, production, fulfillment, and customer-service records. Those records may be retained longer than the temporary session.

Uploaded images, artwork, production files, and previews may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill the product, provide customer support, handle replacements or disputes, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.
